Wired Video Doorbell Pro suddenly offline
My hardwired video doorbell is suddenly dropping off wifi and even after buying a Chime Pro it still goes offline after 10 minutes . I reset countless times, it reconnects and goes offline again. Nothing helps and I am hopeless and worried at night because there is no recording or visibility outside. Anyone can help please.

Just got off a long call with customer support. They determined the firmware update has been failing so they are replacing it since mine is still under warrantee.

I am having the same problem and no one seems to have an answer. I have to keep readding it and it will last for a day or two, but then it goes offline. It is 12 feet from my router and strong wifi signal. Fresh batteries and even got a transformer thinking it may be a power issue. I have 4 other ring cameras that have no issue and 2 are outside about100 yards away from the house. I think this is a bug in the newer ring doorbell cameras.
