Virgin Media Router Firewall
Hello,I have recently switched to Virgin Media and everthing was working fine for a couple of weeks then my router firewall wouldn't allow my Ring devices to connect to WiFi. Everything else in my home can connect but not Ring.If I turn off my firewall I can easily connect but it's far from ideal. Any solutions please. Never had this trouble with previous broadband supplier.

Hi @jaysadie. I would suggest reaching out to your internet service provide and having them add Ring devices to the list of devices that are allowed to connect to your network.
