Videos won’t download
Hi I am using Iphone 15 v26.5.2, when I try downloading my Ring videos I get the ‘download in progress’ message but nothing else happens and the videos don’t download. I have tried reinstalling the app, clearing cache etc with no luck. I can download directly from the website. This used to work but stopped suddenly a few months ago. Any suggestions what I can try please?

Hi @user_0b50b9. When downloading, are you on wifi or cellular data? Do you have an active VPN on your phone? As of July 23, we should be on app version 5.109.0. How much storage does your phone have available? Does the Ring app have permissions enabled and allowed?
