Video doorbell stick in idle mode
troubleshooting
Hi, my ring doorbell camera seems to be stuck in idle mode. Pressing the doorbell button does nothing and pressing the orange button on the back when trying to pair does nothing. I charged it and it is fully charged but still will not respond or do anything. Is there anything else I can do or is this unit done??
