Hi @user62581. If your Ring Doorbell is offline, first try charging it using the provided charging cable. Make sure to plug the charger into a standard wall outlet and leave it for about 8 hours. Then factory reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, attempt a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If the Doorbell is still unresponsive or you're unable to get it set back up in the Ring app, please follow up with our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372-Contact-Us) for further assistance. I changed my network yesterday. Ring was working fine until then. I have tried multiple times to connect to new network. On each occasion it stops at loading 95% and says it can’t connect. It is fully charged. Please help

Hi @user62891. As a test, try connecting to a WiFi hotspot. If you are able to connect to that, it will let you know that you need to make some adjustments to your current network.
