vid issues when dark

Hi, I have a doorbell 2 or 3 and I swapped out the battery for a charged one. Now when I go to live view I get all these lines and also with motion. What could be the problem ?

Hi @Mltoys123. For a concern like this, I'd suggest performing a reset and a new setup to clear up the view. To reset your Doorbell, you'll want to hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that's done, please walk through a new setup in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device. After the setup completes, test out the Live View and let me know how that works for you! :)
