Unable to change ring notification sounds
I just setup my ring peephole and everything seems to be working except for the ring notification sounds on my phone. It keeps telling me the sound could not be loaded and refuses to change. I have reinstalled the app twice and still no change. I made sure my iphone is not on silent and the volume is up all the way. Not sure why this is happening.

Hi @WingWing. Thanks for sharing that screenshot with us. Rather than simply reinstalling the Ring App, I'd like you to try force closing and uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone completely, and reinstalling the Ring App. Let me know if this resolves the concern for you! :)
