I cannot figure this out. My device won’t find my WiFi. It finds other WiFi, but not mine. I have a 2.4 GHz WiFi setup. It works on other ring devices. Works in my mobile. I have factory reset the cam. Charged the batteries. Plugged it in to the outlet. Put it right next to my router. I have no firewall up. No VPN. Nothing. I also tried manually connecting it through the hidden network and nothing. I would love some help here!

Please update software to enable user to continue their VPN usage (security on my device) and access Ring app providing security of my home. Does it make sense users are required to turn off their security to access ring security. I’d rather not end my 10+ year relationship with ring. Up to Ring.

Hi @user_77f321. Thank you for sharing which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. If you haven't done so already, try changing the router channel or creating a guest network. If you still do not see your wifi network listed during the setup process for the camera, please follow up with our support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram for further assistance.
