I have a wired Ring doorbell and the blue light is solid, it won't connect to the Wifi, I cannot reset it, I have turned the power off, tried holding the reset button down, nothing is working. I read through posts and have tried all of these options, but the solid blue light stays on and there seems to be no way to reset the doorbell even by resetting the power.

Hi @Lisap1229. Make sure your Video Doorbell Wired is properly installed following the instructions here. You can reset the doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, attempt to set your Doorbell Wired back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. Ensure your doorbell is within range of your router, and that your Ring app is fully updated.
