Ring Video Doorbell Pro hardwired bell

I just installed my Ring Video Doorbell Pro. It's hardwired to the downstairs bell with a Ring Chime upstairs. On initial setup when I pressed the button the downstairs bell would ring.Now when the button is pressed only the upstairs chime will sound.Then the Ring gives a blue circling light and says it's in setup modeEverything is connected correctly. I can see the camera is on in the Ring app.I just can't get the hardwired bell to ring or figure out why it keeps going into setup modeCan anyone help?
