Ring Not Recording Entire Events

Hi All,I'm wondering if there have been any recent updates/change that would impact recordings? For example, I had someone stop by my door today and it only recorded like the first 10 seconds. I had my partner go check front porch and confirmed a package was there but for some reason Ring only recorded the car pulling in and parking. Not the person coming up and dropping off package. I've noticed a lot of events like this lately where for some reason the motion detection/recording seems to just....stop working.I did check Reddit and saw someone else had the same issue 2 days ago- https://www.reddit.com/r/Ring/comments/1lggqlf/whole_convo_not_recordwd/Did something change?
