Ring not honoring Warranty

So, I called the support team because my Ring Doorbell won't connect to internet anymore, after making me waste more time trying over and over, I was told that my device was out of warranty because I had removed it from my account (which I mistakenly did because I was trying to make it reconnect) but they can see that it was reconnected right away to the same account, so that's an absurd excuse to not honor the warranty, on top of that , as consolation they send me a "out of warranty discount code" which is not accepted when I try to buy either the same device or a better one.
