Ring doorbell radio adverts

Please can you change the radio adverts so they do not include the ring chime. The adverts are played so frequently on the radio and it is sending my dogs crazy numerous times throughout the day. It looks as though I am not the only customer experiencing this issue.

Your not alone! Makes my dog bark every time it’s not good for when I’m not at home so I can’t tell him to stop would be good if they could take the chime off at least!!
