Ring doorbell out of focus - blurry issue

Hey. I had this doorbell for a while now ( not sue which one it is but I am sure it is an older model, but still checks out) ANYway... The picture is very blurry. I already cleaned the lens. There is no smudge on it. The lens looks clear and free of dirt and condensation. My RSSI is 33 so it's not the issue. Since you've already wiped down the lens and ensure it's free of dirt or debris, as well as checked the RSSI, I'd recommend following up with our support team on this.
