Ring doorbell not working at night
troubleshooting
Looks like several people having same issue with motion detection in the dark. I have had the ring doorbell for about 2 months. 1st couple of days it worked perfectly then all of a sudden stopped detecting anything in the dark. My husband sometimes works late shifts and can walk through the door at 1-2 am and not be detected. This is quite worrying!! Please advise how to resolve.

Try the following steps for your concern: - Reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app. - Increase your Motion Sensitivity, use Smart Alerts and if your Doorbell is battery operated, change your Motion Frequency too Frequently.
