Ring doorbell is not detecting people when they are towards to door. It’s capturing only the people turned back from door. Most of the times it’s not capturing delivery persons. I’m not satisfied with this product. I disabled advanced filter and still facing the same issue. I had an incident today. Someone randomly rang our doorbell and runaway but ring doorbell is not captured him while he ring the bell or when he was towards the camera. It’s totally disappointing.
