I would like to say that I am very disappointed with my Ring Video Doorbell 2nd Generation. The battery refuses to charge and of course it is just out of warranty. I called the Ring customer service line and was told I needed to replace the battery. Apparently, there is no way to do that. If I have been given false information, please let me know. I would like to get my security up and running as soon as possible.
