Ring Doorbell Battery (2024) Firmware update failure.

Hello, I have 2 Ring Doorbell Battery (2024) devices. I purchased them in May of 2025, new, from amazon. the devices are still covered by the 1 year limited warranty.They have worked as expected until this week. I use them in battery mode. Both devices were at ~15% battery level so I took them down and plugged them into a 5V usb-A charger, using the supplied orange USB-A to USB-C cables. Both devices started their FW update cycles. Unfortunately, both devices will not exit the FW update cycle, as indicated by the circular flashing white light on the front. The iOS Ring app also indicated that both devices are “updating”.I have reset(~25 second button press) the device using the orange button on the back of the device. it will reset, and enter setup. Upon completion, it will again enter the FW update cycle, and not complete exit it.The batteries are charged up and the are connected to our wifi network, and, prior to this failure, had been working as expected.Ring support person, how can I get the devices to finish or stop the failing update process?
