Ring doorbell 2nd gen, problem connecting wifi
I have a ring doorbell 2nd gen internal battery, for some reason it wont connect to the network. I have tried 2.4 ghz channels only, holding the orange button, fully recharged, mobilehotspot instead of router, different phones and yet everytime it gets stuck on 95% and after it "says your ring doorbell had trouble connecting to your wifi network".
i cant even devicehealth check it because it says that teh device is offline..
is their a way to connect directly to the device to diagnostic or something or is their another solution to this problem?
