Ring Chime has stopped working.

I bought the chime in April.It has worked fine but now it doesnt want to work,it says chime is offline.There is a green light flashing on the chime.I have tried the information suggested by Ring 4 times and it still will not work.Can anyone help please?

    Hi @user_32af6d. This means your Chime is in setup mode. You'll need to reconnect it to wifi to get it back online. You can learn more about this here:https://ring.com/support/articles/f9g29/Understanding-Chime-light-patterns
