Ring app doesn’t work correctly

Someone stole a package off my doorstep on October 10 2026 between 2:06pm and 2:30pm. I think it’s amazing how I have a million videos of cars driving down the road but not the 1 minute shot of the guy who stole my package.
how do I get the camera to focus on the important things and not notify me every time someone walks or drives past my house. Which is a lot.

Hi @user_2e5792. I would recommend increasing your Motion Sensitivity. Additionally, enable Smart Alerts and toggle on recording and notifications for "Person." This Help Center article will show you where to find these settings in the Ring app and provide other steps you can try. I hope this helps!
