Ring adapter for ring doorbell gen2.
I purchased the ring adapter so I can hardwire my doorbell. First day it seemed it held the charge around 70%. Second day it dropped and now shows 3%. I don’t know what I did wrong, can someone provide some information about what I can do

Hi @user_65cb01. I recommend charging your Doorbell using the USB-C charging cable. Next, perform a factory reset by pressing and holding the setup button on the Doorbell for 20 seconds. After the reset, reconnect the Doorbell to your Wi-Fi network, and then reconnect it to your adapter.
