Ring 2nd Gen - Delayed notifications

I am getting delayed doorbell and motion notifications up to 2 hours delayed. Typically about 5 to 30 seconds delayed if someone rings the bell or motion detected. A few weeks ago when I called support, it was an automated message saying the services are not working, and Ring was working on the issue. Any updates?
