I have a battery powered ring doorbell 2 that I hardwired to my existing doorbell. The existing mechanical doorbell ring just fine, but there is no sound outside on the device when pressing the button. I have the volume on the app up all the way as well. I’m not sure what I’m missing. Appreciate any suggestions!
