Not getting ring alerts ony Galaxy 23 phone

Hi I suddenly stop getting alerts to my phone as well just randomly it just stopped I've checked all my settings cleared cache did everything that possibly could be affecting the alerts and I'm not receiving any alerts to my phone. it there has to be some type of glitch with ring and Android.

Hi @Jdn2407. First, always make sure your Ring app and phone's software are fully updated to the latest versions available. Verify the permissions in your phone's settings to ensure the Ring app has permission to send notifications. Additionally, check that Motion and Ring Alerts are toggled on in the Ring app.
