My device video doorbell 3 offline

I tried everything, checked everything and still offline. I did all the tips like charging battery, Turing off router for 39 sec, nothing is blocking it, it has been problemless for multiple years.. nothing changed but bell offline since 1 Sept… very frustrating Frieda
