Multiple locations different device permissions
I have a Ring account and a doorbell for my home. I'd like to get a Ring doorbell for my elderly mother at her home. I want to have access to both subscriptions active all the time on my phone, but I only want my mother to have access to her doorbell on the app on her phone , to save any more confusion for her than might already occur! Could I put the app on her mobile and just give her shared user permission to her doorbell? Would there be any extra lag for her recieving notifications doing it this way?

Hi @Manta. Yes, you could do that. Each doorbell will still require a Ring Protect Plan, as they are at different Locations. Also, if for any reason the device goes offline, you'll have to be present to reconnect the doorbell, as only the Owner can do this.
