Hi, new to Ring devices, I have all devices at my mothers houses also ring doorbell camera at my house. How can I my partner phone turn off the settings on their phone so they don’t get the notifications of my mothers devices if they go off Just the notifications at our property?

Hi @user32628. If the other person is a Shared User they can go to each individual Ring device to toggle off Ring Alerts or Motion Alerts. This will disable the alerts only on their phone. To do so, follow these steps for each Ring device:

    - Open the Ring app

    - Choose the menu button (three lines in the upper left corner).

    - Tap Devices

    - Select your Doorbell or Camera.

    - Turn off Motion or Ring alerts.

    I hope this helps.

How do you stop the alexa devices going off at both locations when the doorbell rings? I've tried everything and still the doorbell announcement goes off at both house locations every time.

Hi @user_280037. You can control which Echo devices play announcements for each Ring device. We have information on managing Alexa Announcements here.
