LiveView activation problem

Hi, I've just set up a Ring Doorbell, everything appears to work ok but I can not activate the live view. The problem I believe is something to do with the internet connection being on a 4g router, though I was able to test and get live view if I set up the doorbell tethered through my phone.I have tried opening ports, and even put the doorbell in its own DMZ, but nothing seems to work.I have tried disabling cellular data and just doing this on wifi but still no success.
