How do you remove an offline camera? The device settings are greyed out

Hi @user40739. You can remove a device by tapping Device Settings > General Settings > Remove Device. This shouldn't be greyed out because the Camera is offline. Make sure you have the latest version of the Ring app installed, and your phone has a good internet connection from wifi or mobile data.

But it is grayed out, what now? I have searched and heard that it should not be grayed out but it is.
