Hi can anyone please help. So i have been contemplating about hardwiring the Ring to my existing mains door bell which the weekend i managed to do easily enough. Well i thought. I have included the transformer as nothing was happening without so i had read up tried the diffusor thingy bob tried that nothing tried changing it around nothing and well at the nd of my teather, I have read up somwhere that ring had to dial into the settings and change something around, however is this correct or has anyone else had this problem? Much appriciated
