Ring stopped working over 3 weeeks ago. Called Ring, original email no longer exists and no access to it. Needed to wait 15 days for it to transfer. Waited 15 days, plugged battery back in, called Ring, and was told, needed to wait for an email from Ring saying account transferred, then call Ring back to set up new account, so wait another 15 days starting from yesterday, so now it will be over a month without use of my Ring doorbell. In the meantime, we've had packages stolen off our porch that could have been identified if it were working. I asked to be shipped another Ring versus waiting another 15 days (30+ days total) and they said out of warranty could only give me 35% off. Customer service rep, was horrible, kept stating the same thing, sorry, but nothing more they can do, sorry you're unhappy, have to wait, didn't care if it were a month or year, not her problem. Language barrier because it's a contractor from the Phillipines and not really even a Ring employee.
