Extra sensitive doorbell alerts only for one user out of three
We've had our Ring doorbell for three years. We have three users attached - myself, my husband and my son. Out of the three of us, I am the only one getting multiple alerts to my phone throughout the day and night to which when I look at the alert, nothing in is on the camera or caught on video when I look at what apparently's been caught through the night? I believe all of our settings are the same. Any idea what could be causing this or how to fix it? Thanks in advance for any help that can be offered.
