Downloading footage older than 180 days

My son had just turned 17 years old a few days before we got a knock at our door from the sheriff informing us of his fatal car accident. Some of the most precious moments we had with him were captured on the Ring doorbell. I know there is a 180 day cutoff. However, many times these dates are simply the timeframes the user normally has access to the files. I am hoping you may be able to help me recover footage of him. Please help if you can.Thank you.
