Doorbell video goes dark
Periodically our doorbell video goes dark even though the porch light is on. I think it usually happens when my husband or I use the front door.

Hi @user_add781. Thank you for including an example video. It looks like the night vision is initially not turning on due to the ambient light provided by the porch light. When you see the view go dark, that is the night vision turning on. However, the infrared lights are reflecting off the wall on the left side, obscuring the rest of the view. You could use a Corner Kit to angle the doorbell away from the wall, which may improve the view.
