Doorbell not working
troubleshooting
Doorbell not working, took in house have been charging, light is flashing but not moving, is offline, deleted app and opened new app, plug is warm where lead is plugged in but flashing light not moving, any ideas?

Hi @user_d9bfae. Which model of Ring doorbell is this? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. If it's a battery powered doorbell, try fully charging the battery, then resetting the doorbell by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset is done, complete a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
