Doorbell faceplate will not attach

I have been unsuccessful in attaching the faceplate to my ring dorbell. I have a photo to show the problem if I can only figure out how to do it.

Hi @steveuser54295. Can you let us know which model of Doorbell you're working with? Each model is a little different, so it helps to know. You can find the model name on the back of the Doorbell itself, or on the original packaging.
