Door bell stopped working

I removed my Ring to put on a wedge mount and reinstalled the Ring. Now the door bell will not work when you push the ring button. I have tested the door bell and it is still working and this door bell does not require a diod. Is there some setting on the app that I am missing to get the door bell to work again?thanks for your help in advance.
