I am beyond frustrated with Ring. My doorbell disconnected after over a year of working and it will not reconnect. I have been trying for a week and I know how to do it. It just will not connect. It is impossible to chat online or get through on the phone. I am at the point of throwing away and using another brand. How do you actually get support with this company?
