Digital chime continues to ring

Tech support told me to pair the doorbell but it won’t pair because the red light is indicating a trouble. The three wire chime seems to be a problem.

    Hi @Tallpaulboise2. What is the make and model of your chime kit? I see Nutone 105-N or 301-N on the picture you attached. A list of chime kits that are compatible with the Video Doorbell Pro 2 can be found [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360059789591-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Pro-2-Chime-Kit-Compatibility-List).
