Defective 2nd Gen Doorbell Camera

I purchased my doorbell and ring bundle in 2023. Recently my doorbell camera battery died. I placed on the charger and it is not charging. I have done all the troubleshooting steps making sure the cord and the port worked on a different device and it did. I contacted support and was told that my device was out of warranty and that there was nothing they could do but offer a discount code. at this point, I realize the ring is scamming people out of their money, knowing that their devices do not last, and they do not offer any sort of repair, but for you to spend more money for a camera that will not last I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and any other outlet. Very disappointed.
