What measures is Ring taking to address the criminal use of de-authorisation devices being used to disable Ring WiFi Doorbells?

These devices are sold on Amazon, they are used by thieves who disrupt the Doorbell's Wifi in order to steal packages.

During an attack the Doorbell will not record the theft event. They work on all devices using WiFi, cameras and doorbells.

I am surprised that Amazon hosts the sale of these devices give they are used to attack Amazon Ring Doorbells (or any WiFi security device)

Hi @user_74d4e1. Wifi signal interference can affect the performance of any wifi enabled device. Issues with connectivity can be linked to a number of causes, including broadband network failures and high internet traffic.

For extra security, we recommend enabling encryption protocols provided through wifi Protected Access 2 (WPA2), a set of standards for your router. These protocols help keep your data protected, and help secure your Ring devices’ data on the wifi network.

Products capable of blocking, jamming, or interfering with licensed or authorized radio communications, such as phones, GPS, radar, etc. are restricted, according to our policies. We actively monitor and remove any such listings on Amazon.com and continuously refine the controls on the store. If you see a listing for a device like this on Amazon, please send a message @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.
