I really enjoyed Amazon’s commitment to accessibility at the CSUN conference which included some Ring products. I’d like to find out if this is something that can be done or if not make a request to make it a feature for the Ring doorbell. I’d also be happy to beta test it. Can the Ring doorbell recognize a person with a pcakage and then trigger a voice response on where to leave a package? I’m in a wheelchair and so often delivery people leave packages in front of the door or on my ramp essentially blocking me from leaving my house until someone gathers the package for me. This is not only a huge inconvenience but a fire hazard as well. I’ve developed a specific spot for deliveries to avoid this but people don’t read signs anymore. So if the ring doorbell when seeing someone with a package can tell them to leave the package on the black mat that will make my life much better and safer.
