Hi @user11817. Thank you for sharing that image! Does this circle appear at night as well? Is the plastic film completely removed from the camera? Is there any time of day when the circle is not present? Also, what specific doorbell model is this? That information is located in the Device Health section of the Ring app.

Hi @Tom_Ring the device is Doorbell Plus. It is there all the time. The plastic film is removed.
