Chime not working

Just renewed my yearly subscription. Then a week later my chime says it is offline. Have tried all the fixes on the ring app but cannot get the blue light to flash. Got it once and it got to 95% and said if I cancel I will have to start again. I hadn’t pressed anything to cancel. Any ideas would be appreciated. Is it possible that the chime is broken and can you buy a replacement?

Hi @user_a49c0b. For the Ring Chime, the main troubleshooting steps available are to plug the Chime into a different power outlet and reset it by holding down the button on the side for about 15 seconds. After that, try walking through a new setup in the Ring app. Ensure your Chime is within range of your wifi router.
