Charging new battery

Whilst charging a battery for my new doorbell plus for sometime as expected. Both the amber and green lights were on. Then they both went off at the same time. When fully charged the green light only is supposed to remain on. Is this a faulty battery. Or do I need to do something else please?

Hi @user_4218a8. Have you tried removing the charging cable, then plugging the battery back in? The green LED should remain lit when the battery is still plugged in but is fully charged. You can also insert the battery into the Doorbell, and you should see the battery percentage on the Device Health page in the Ring app once the Doorbell is set up.
