I have a battery ring doorbell with removal battery. I need to charge battery but can’t remove the doorbell cover. A small orange tool came with the unit which I think I should be able to insert in bottom of unit and unlock cover for removal. I’ve tried repeatedly to do this but still can’t get cover off. All online instructions say to remove security screw on bottom but this unit does not have one. Help!!
