Can't connect to internet

Question

I had my Ring Pro installed. It connected to my xfinity wifi then said it had to update.  Since then it has been blinking blue.  I have tried resetting my wifi, resetting the doorbell and turning off all the power.  It will do nothing but blink blue.  Before the update, I got about 4 alerts of movement so I know it was working.  Any suggestions?

Hi @Thunder103. Can you describe the blue lights that you are seeing? Typically when blue lights are flashing in a clockwise motion, it would indicate that your Ring Pro is charging. If you are seeing this, you may need to let your Ring Pro charge for 8 hours or get a [transformer](https://ring.com/products/hardwired-transformer) that has a higher voltage rating.
