I'll caveat this post with the fact that other people have had similar issues (I have searched), but I've not seen a post about it within the last 2 years, so hoping Ring has done something to fix this... My issue: as you can see from the attached photo, there is a REALLY bright street light opposite my doorbell which is causing night vision mode to not activate.  It's right in the middle of the frame, so a wedge is unlikely to help - the only thing that does help is if someone/thing is directly in front of the light. So my question is, is there anything that can be done via the app or through the device settings? (I'm on a ring doorbell 2, so no changing HDR etc. through video settings.) I've seen answers like "get a floodlight for your porch" or "buy an IR light for the porch" - with the cost of electricity, I'd rather not be running a light all night long just so my doorbell can do its job.
