Blurry hard wired doorbell video

My doorbell cam is a year old, is hard wired, and at night the video is so blurry I can’t see anything. It’s has horizontal lines that look like old TV static. I’ve rebooted twice and I disabled the color view at night, but nothing helped.Any thoughts?
